Terms of Service

1. Service Description
FlowDeski, operated by Scintechn, is a white-label business management SaaS platform that provides tools for client management, scheduling, invoicing, notifications, and social media integration. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FlowDeski platform.
2. Account Registration
Each organization maintains one account on FlowDeski. The account owner (administrator) is responsible for all activity under their account, including actions taken by team members. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable Use
When using FlowDeski, you agree not to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages through WhatsApp or any other channel.
- Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content through the Threads integration.
- Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms, including Meta (WhatsApp and Threads) and Stripe.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.
- Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are managed through Stripe. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.
5. Intellectual Property
FlowDeski and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Scintechn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all data and content you create within the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowDeski and Scintechn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and third-party services (WhatsApp, Threads, Stripe) may experience their own outages outside of our control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription and close your account from the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, including compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) for Brazilian users and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European users.
