FlowDeski, operated by Scintechn (“we”, “us”, or “our”), is a business management SaaS platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our services.

  • Account Information: name, email address, and password (hashed) provided during registration.
  • Business Data: clients, services, orders, invoices, and related records you create within the platform.
  • WhatsApp Connection Data: instance name, phone number, and connection status when you connect WhatsApp via Evolution API.
  • Threads Connection Data: username, profile picture URL, and access token (securely stored) when you connect your Threads account.
  • Payment Information: payment details are processed and stored securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage Data: pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns to improve our services.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and maintain the FlowDeski platform and its features.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
  • To send notifications through WhatsApp (Evolution API) and email (Resend).
  • To publish content on your behalf to Threads (Meta Threads API).
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
  • To improve our services based on aggregated usage patterns.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted by Neon, with encryption at rest. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication tokens, and role-based access controls to protect your information.

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

  • Meta (Threads API): for publishing and managing content on Threads.
  • Stripe: for payment processing, subscriptions, and Connect accounts.
  • Resend: for transactional email delivery.
  • Evolution API: for WhatsApp messaging and group management.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing their policies to understand how they handle your data.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication purposes. These cookies are essential for the functioning of the platform and are not used for tracking or advertising.
